Q: Can I stay with my dog whilst he / she is being groomed?
A: Unfortunately we cannot offer this service, we have limited space inside the salon whilst we are working. The safety and happiness of your pet is paramount to us.
Q. Is the salon secure?
A: Extremely, we have a staff only salon. We have a 2 door policy, both doors are never open at one time.
Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A: Yes, we work to appointments. We generally require 2 weeks notice for bookings. We are happy to call you if we have an appointment sooner.
Q: Can you remind me of my appointment?
A: Of course! We are happy to call, text or email you the day before your appointment with a reminder. Just let us know if you would like us to do this.
Q: How can I pay you?
A: We accept payment by cash, cheque or card using Paypal here. Payment can also be made in advance of your booking via Paypal.
Q: What if I need to cancel my appointment?
A: That's fine, just give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. We need this time to be able to refill that space. We are happy to rearrange a time that is more convenient for you.
